The following content may not be accessible. The video is decorative and shows our image film.
The film aims to show and convey emotions through the travelling family.
The film starts on the platform at Lucerne station.
First, the parents run arm in arm towards the train, laughing. A few steps behind them is Laura, their daughter, who looks unmotivated. They want to board the train, but first let the wheelchair user get off. Then a conversation on the mobile phone is shown, where Laura is texting a boy. They are talking about last weekend. Laura smiles every time she looks at her mobile phone. Laura's father reminds her to put her mobile phone away because her mother is not happy about it. Laura puts her mobile phone in silent mode in her bag on the seat. The mobile phone is shown slipping out of the bag. Several messages are still coming in. When they arrive at a beautiful spot by the lake, her parents want to take a photo. Her father's mobile phone battery is dead. He asks Laura for her mobile phone. Then she notices that it is no longer in her bag. In the workshop, the mobile phone is found under the seat and packed away. Laura calls the travel centre from a landline and asks if her mobile phone has been found. The next day, Laura walks past passengers into the Meiringen travel centre. The advisor remembers her and calls someone to bring the phone. The boy she has been texting a lot comes through the door. They are surprised to see each other here but are happy. He gives her back her phone and says he now knows why she stopped replying to him. The two walk out of the travel centre together, laughing happily. The tagline ‘Hin und weg’ (Gone) appears. The logos of the Zentralbahn and SBB are then shown.
