Annual Report 2025
Zentralbahn’s 2025 financial year was characterised by a dynamic atmosphere, significant developments and increased challenges. Passenger revenue rose in 2025 compared with the previous year, from CHF 61.2 million to CHF 67.1 million. A total of 14.9 million passengers travelled on the Zentralbahn. At the Annual General Meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and two Board members stepped down, and new members were elected to the Board. Annual Report 2024
Overall, Zentralbahn can look back on an exceptional year. The severe weather in Brienz and the resulting closure of the line for a good three months had a significant impact on business performance. Nevertheless, passenger revenue and passenger numbers increased. Further information can be found on the 2024 Annual Report page.
