Lifestyle brasserie in a 5-star hotel
The new restaurant draws on the historic walls of the Hotel Schweizerhof Lucerne and showcases them in a modern, stylish setting. The result is a lively meeting place with plenty of space and positive vibes. Trendy, inspiring, cosmopolitan.
The brasserie impresses not only with its spaciousness, but also with a varied culinary experience. It serves modern interpretations of classics such as Chateaubriand and bouillabaisse, as well as international favorites such as burgers and fish & chips. Some dishes are prepared right at the table – a culinary spectacle with wow factor. The carefully curated wine list stylishly rounds off the brasserie experience at the Festival Hotel.
Who is Vico?
VICO was the nickname of Victor Hauser, the father of the current owners Patrick and Mike Hauser. Victor Hauser once opened the hotel restaurant to the local public and shaped the face of the hotel with the addition of the “Rotonde.”
