Jungfraujoch is more than just a summit: it’s a world of eternal ice and fascinating engineering right in the heart of the Alps. Europe’s highest railway station offers access to the Ice Palace, a walk on the mighty Aletsch Glacier, and unforgettable views from the Sphinx Observation Deck at over 3,500 metres – on clear days, you can even see as far as the Vosges mountains.

Important informations

Travel comfortably with Zentralbahn via Lucerne and Meiringen to Interlaken – a scenic ride in itself. From Interlaken Ost, continue by Berner Oberland Railway to Grindelwald Terminal or Lauterbrunnen, then ride the state-of-the-art Eiger Express or take the classic route via Wengen to reach the top.
