Three times a week, she takes the Zentralbahn train to training with FC Lucerne. Lina is just as athletic at school and sometimes uses the short journey to mentally prepare for an exam awaiting her at Stans High School. Always with her: her large training bag with the FCL logo.
“I'm always on time. Well, actually, the train is.” With charming candor, Lina admits that she sometimes has to “run for it” to catch the train. But what wouldn't you do for soccer when you have legs as talented as those of the 15-year-old high school student? Train with passion and iron discipline, for example. Or using the 20-minute ride on the Zentralbahn “to concentrate on an upcoming exam in peace and quiet.” Everything is obviously on track for Lina. The same applies to our support for young talent on their way to success.
