«For me? It's not a question of faith.»

Nun Rut-Maria is abbess at the Benedictine convent of St. Andreas in Sarnen. At the age of 21, the native of eastern Switzerland exchanged her secular life for a union with God and has since moved effortlessly between the two worlds. She loves silence and Jethro Tull, wears her SC St. Gallen fan scarf even with her habit, and reads the Bible or really good crime novels on the train. The unconventional nun has already traveled to many countries around the world. She has used public transportation her whole life because she does not have a driver's license. Nun Rut-Maria considers the reliability of the Zentralbahn a privilege, and finds its palpable humanity equally remarkable. That is why traveling by train is not a matter of faith for her. “Iisi Bahn connects”.

As soon as she gets on board, she puts on her headphones and enjoys the view. Now the tagline appears: “For me? It's not a question of faith.” #iisiBahnverbindet and finally the Zentralbahn logo.
