«For me? City – countryside – train.»

Lorena comes from Stans, works at the Nidwalden Cantonal Hospital, and is currently completing her degree in nursing at the University of Applied Sciences in Lucerne. Whether for her studies, leisure time, or going out, Lorena relies on the Zentralbahn. Traveling by train is a matter of course for her; it's simply part of her life. And for the 21-year-old, it has also become a conscious decision to use public transport. It means starting the day relaxed, with a clear head and, above all, arriving at her destination on time without stress or traffic jams. For Lorena, her commute from Stans to Lucerne means reliable mobility, a piece of freedom and extra time to enjoy her friendships. She herself calls this feeling «city-country-train» because «our railway connects us.»
